NATIONAL DAILY PRAYER

Are you willing to commit to pray for our country seven days a week? Imagine NATIONAL DAILY PRAYER. Are you able to set aside time in your car, during your coffee break, or before bedtime? We want to challenge you make this prayer commitment.

7×7 involves praying for seven centers of power seven days a week: Government, Military, Media, Business, Education, Church and Family. By remembering these specific prayer points, we can cover all Americans with God’s power. Together, we will see positive change.

As part of the National Day of Prayer’s 7×7 campaign, we are asking Americans to meet in corporate prayer. Matthew 18:20 says: “For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them.” We ask that every Thursday through May 6, 2010, groups of two or more meet in their homes and businesses from 12:00 noon to 12:30 p.m. to pray for America and its leaders in the 7 centers of power: government, military, media, business, education, church and family . Please join your friends, your family, your co-workers and join me in uplifting our nation’s future leaders in prayer. And may we ask you to make it a national daily noontime habit to prayer for our nation these 7 Centers of Power.

How Do I Get Involved?

There, are other ways to join us in prayer for America. You can Adopt a Leader or form an Online Prayer Team. In addition, the National Day of Prayer Task Force just recently published the new Heal Our Land, 52-week prayer guide to complement your devotional time.

If you do nothing more than pray every Thursday from 12:00 noon to 12:30 p.m., you will be joining with millions across the nation as we petition the Father, interceding for the leadership of America. Thank you for standing with us as we unite in prayer.

Prop8 Trial in San Francisco

Prayer Requests for Prop 8 Trial

Pray for Pastors being brought before the Court and their biblical world view. It affects them and all others.
Pray for Judge VonWalker, who is biased against Prop 8. Pray for him to render a right decision.
Pray for attorneys supporting and defending Prop 8 and it's participants.
Pray for the attorneys fighting against Prop 8.
Pray for the witnesses being brought before the Court will not be intimidated by the opposing attorneys and gay movement.
Pray concerning the publishing of the proceedings of the trial to be published on YouTube. It is concerned that this will be edited and used for intimidation by the Gay and Lesbian community. Currently there is a temporary stay on it being filmed.

Enough! Enough of what you have done, Satan! For this is indeed the day of My power, and I will bless My people exceedingly abundantly beyond anything they can imagine; beyond anything they can receive. I will bless them in their store house and in their bodies. I will cause them to be such a blessing that it cannot be overlooked in this world. They will be my witnesses in this the end of the time and the people will call them "those are the blessed of the Lord".

So, I say, get ready for the blessings. You would say, "what blessings?" I would say unto you, that which I have in store for you; that which I have in mind for you and not as you think but that which I know you need and that which I shall give. For you are called Beulah land, the place of blessing; the New Jerusalem, the city of blessing. For you are called the bride of the Lord, the most Holy. And, it shall be according to that which I have called you, says the Lord, and not according to that which the enemy has purposed for you. For he lives under the realm of My authority and when I say 'enough' he knows the meaning of that word and he shall withdraw his purposes and his armies from you, says the Lord.

Out of the habitation of these years past and out of the dust of those years shall arise one new man, the man of power, a man who is formed in the likeness of Jesus Christ -- those that will operate in the fullness of the strength of the Holy Spirit and through His gifts they shall overcome. And by the power of His gifts they shall be blessing to others.

I say arise, My children, for this is indeed your finest hour, and My blessings shall be poured out into your lives for you are living in My company; you are living under My outstretched wings; you are living in the time of achievement, the time of announcement, the time of overcoming. and the time of the defeat of the evil one. For indeed these things are written and they shall come to pass even as My word has declared.

My authority I give unto you. It is the authority that has been contended for and brought opposition in to your life. It is the power of the kingdom in manifestation. You know that you walk in this authority and know that you are suppose to have this authority. But, I say, at this time you shall know the reality of its purpose, says the Lord. For indeed even the angels wait to see what you will do with this authority -- this authority of mine that brings power and stops the rain and brings the rain. It is the authority that calls peace be still to the waves and the storms of your life and manages victory over all the works of the enemy. This authority I give unto you, says the Lord. It will be the focus of My work in the days ahead.

So remember those words that I have spoken to you, "Behold I give unto you authority". Let those words resound in your spirit; let them strengthen you, empower you and pick you up from where ever you might be. Behold I give unto you power. I give unto you authority, says the Lord. And in the days that follow you shall learn how to use this authority. You shall learn how to walk in this authority with humility. You shall learn the strength of it and the purpose of it. For it is My authority that will cause all things to manifest. It is My authority that shall regain the kingdoms of this world and cause them to be My kingdom, says the Lord. So walk in authority.

My children, stand erect and believe. Begin again to walk as children of victory -- those who are more than conquerors. Give no quarter and no place to the enemy. Walk in such a place of victory that even the world will know that you belong to Me. Rise up from weakness into strength and from hopelessness to faith. Let My faith become a reality to you in this time, says the Lord.

Thank you for taking the time to open and read this invitation/request announcing an important prayer meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 29, 6-10pm, in Sacramento. As you may agree, this is a key moment for our nation and the State of California, and much of California's direction is both inspired and influenced by the people of the Capitol City, Sacramento. Therefore, our prevailing intercession must include requesting God to bring Heaven to Sacramento and that the people, including leaders, would seek His Kingdom, repent, and walk intimately with Christ.

In addition to Sacramento, we will also stand in the gap for the children/youth enrolled in California public schools. The Father is revealing His plans for transforming Jesus' Golden State. This includes bring His hope & future into the lives of millions of students (& their families) who have been taken as captives by our common enemy. Let us believe that as we come to Jesus as His little ones and intercede for the "Sphere/Mountain of Education", the Holy Spirit will be moved to battle for the souls of children in every region and community of California! Goernor Signs Two Pro-Homosexual Bills into Law

Governor Signs Two Pro-Homosexual Bills into Law

Yesterday evening Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed SB 54 and SB 572, both authored by Senator Mark Leno, into law. SB 54 requires California to grant all the privileges and rights of marriage to same-sex marriages performed outside of California prior to the passage of Proposition 8 last year. SB 572 requires the governor to declare every May 22 Harvey Milk Day in California.

"This is tragic news for California families," state Karen England, executive director of Capitol Resource Institute. "The governor has chosen to completely undermine the will of the people -- the millions of Californians who have twice stated that they intend for only traditional marriage to be recognized in our state. By signing SB 54, the governor thumbs his nose at the initiative process and the voters who trust that their vote means something.

Last year the governor vetoed a bill identical to SB 572 that would have declared Harvey Milk Day in California. In his veto message, the governor cited the local influence of Milk in San Francisco, stating that Milk's recognition should not be mandated statewide.

"We don't know why the governor suddenly changed his mind and decided to impose a radical social agenda in every classroom," stated England. "One possible explanation is the influence of the governor's Hollywood friends. After a biopic on Milk received Academy Award recognition earlier this year, Hollywood political activists began lobbying the governor to sign the resurrected Harvey Milk Day bill. It seems that the governor places more value in the opinion of his Hollywood friends and their values than the values of the people who voted him into office."

The Harvey Milk Day bill was so controversial that the governor dedicated a phone line in his office to calls regarding Harvey Milk Day.

"The people of California have clearly spoken out against same-sex marriage and Harvey Milk Day, yet the legislature and the governor continue to push their agenda on our children," stated England. "Parents are outraged that their young children -- including kindergarteners -- will be forced to participate in activities 'commemorating' the life of a man known for his sexuality. Parents and voters are deeply disappointed and outraged by the governor's signing of these two unnecessary, agenda-pushing bills."
